Who we are

This policy covers the website baurastudios.com and messages you send us. The controller is MB "Baura Studios" (details below). Each of our products – Mamli, CrowSense and GuideBuddy – has its own privacy policy, published with the product (for Mamli: mamli.lt/privatumo-politika).

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or embedded social media. It has no accounts; the only form is the contact form.

Like every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger, servers in the EU) automatically records technical access logs – IP address, time, page requested and browser – to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a short time and are not used to identify you.

When you contact us

When you send the contact form (name, email, optional company, topic and message) or email us, the message is delivered to our mailbox and is not stored on the website. To stop spam, the website briefly keeps a coded form of your IP address (up to one hour). We use your name, contact details and message only to answer you and, if relevant, to prepare or carry out an agreement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) or steps before a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).

We keep correspondence as long as needed for the conversation and up to 3 years afterwards, unless the law requires longer (for example, accounting documents are kept 10 years). We never sell personal data.

Who else sees it

Our email and website hosting provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. Write to us through the contact form or by email (see the company details below). You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
