The problem it solves
CrowSense is a web platform for IT operations, service desks and teams responsible for critical services. It brings the whole life of an incident – detection, response, communication and learning – into one clear workspace.
It was designed around how incident teams actually work under pressure: fast to scan, clear about who owns what, and with communication built in rather than bolted on.
When something important breaks, teams lose time switching between a ticketing tool, chat, email lists and spreadsheets. Stakeholders ask for updates, the same problems come back, and the lessons from last time are hard to find.
CrowSense keeps the incident, the people working on it, the messages to stakeholders and the follow-up in one place – so the team can focus on fixing the problem.
What CrowSense does
Ticket management
Create, assign, track and resolve incidents and requests with priorities (critical to low), categories, SLA tracking, attachments, comments, internal chat and related tickets.
Incident commander
A dedicated view for major incidents: who is involved, what has been done, what is next – with progress updates and a clean PDF summary at the end.
Crisis communication
Mass notifications for emergencies with severity levels, target groups and channels (email, SMS, push), plus tracking of what was sent and when.
Alerts and events
System alerts with severity, location and resolution tracking, and a calendar of planned events and maintenance windows.
Problem management
Track recurring issues, run root-cause analysis, manage tasks and turn findings into tickets so the same failure doesn’t happen twice.
Post-mortems and knowledge
Document what happened after an incident, share the lessons, and keep a searchable knowledge base and file library for the team.
Dashboards and reports
Real-time overview of tickets and alerts, plus reports on SLA compliance, trends and team performance.
Roles and AI assistant
Role-based access (administrator, incident manager, user) and a built-in AI assistant that knows the platform and helps users find their way.
IT operations and service desks
Teams that run services for customers or colleagues and need a clear, auditable incident process.
Critical-service providers
Organisations where downtime affects many people – and where informing them quickly matters as much as the fix.
Growing companies
Teams outgrowing email and spreadsheets who want a structured process without a heavy enterprise rollout.
- Role-based permissions: each user sees and changes only what their role allows.
- Every ticket keeps its history, progress updates and communication, so decisions can be traced later.
- Internal ticket chat stays out of the customer-facing summary.
- Exportable PDF summaries for management and post-incident reviews.
CrowSense is at version 2 with the core modules in place: tickets, alerts, problems, crisis communication, post-mortems, knowledge base and reports.
We are open to pilot projects with organisations that want to shape the product around their incident process.
